In the event that you do not receive your order within 30 days of placing your order, you will have the option of getting a reshipment or a refund. If your order was split up, and one or more of the shipments is missing 30 days or more from the date of order, we will reship the missing order. Incase of refund shipping & handling fees will be deducted.

If your medication is not available or is available only in a different form, we will notify you.The medications are shipped from Vertical Pharmacy facility. Note, the medications are packaged in unmarked paper envelopes with the customs declaration forms attached including the Generic Brand Names not the USA Brand Names.
